## Rate: $50/hr. on C2C and $45/hr. on W2 ##
* 5-8 years of experience in ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, SRM etc.
* ITIL v3 Certified (Expert preferably).
* Have prior experience (at least 2 engagements) in performing a gap analysis of a customers IT Service Management processes against ITIL v3 processes.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
* Strong in MS Build, Automated build, Continuous integration.
* Knowledge of scripting languages or scriptable shells such as batch files, beyond compare/Scripting, MS Build, Shell scripts, Window Scheduler.
* Have good understanding of multiple applications?Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Eagerness to learn.?A flexible schedule.
* Must have working knowledge and experience on deployment of automation tools?Ability to plan builds and releases with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Should have adequate writing skills for preparing release notes and appropriate release documents.

* Thorough knowledge in Out-of-Box ITSM tool.
* Implementation experience in ITSM tools, where entire solution of Out of Box ITSM modules are delivered.
* Integration with third party tools used for SMS/ paging.
* Provide Technical consultancy and support for ITSM tools.
* Process review and implementation of best practices the ITSM tools technology.
* Anchor consulting engagements and work with various stakeholders in developing solutions around the ITSM tools.
* Trouble shoot resolved high end technical issues.
* Develop best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team
Skill2 - ITIL Ops (L3)
* ITIL V3 Master/Expert Certified ITIL process consulting experience in service management domain Undertaken process due diligence or process maturity.
* Done process documentation for L1, L2, L3 & L4 processes.
* Done process mapping/design/improvement.Done Business Process Re-engineering"
